  • Pricing & Stock: All pricing and stock availability displayed on RetrOzone.com are updated in real-time.

  • Pre-Orders & Backorders: Items available for pre-order or currently on order from suppliers will display a notification on the specific product details page indicating status along with an estimated turnaround time (ETA).

2. Shipping & Delivery

We offer multiple delivery methods tailored to your location and package specifications. Available shipping options and costs are calculated and presented at checkout.

  • Local Delivery (Cape Town): Local "Store to Door" options start from R30, depending on your specific delivery area.

  • Nationwide Courier: Nationwide delivery starts from R80, determined by package size and location (Main Centre vs. Regional).

  • Delivery Methods: Options include door-to-door courier service and PostNet counter-to-counter shipping.

2.1 Courier Selection & Delivery Lead Times

  • Courier Service Providers: RetrOzone utilizes various reputable courier companies. The choice of carrier for each order is made at our discretion to optimize delivery efficiency based on parcel size and destination.

  • Estimated Delivery Times (from date of dispatch):

    • Main Centres: 3 to 5 working days.

    • Regional Areas: 5 to 7 working days.

3. Physical Store Location

RetrOzone operates a physical walk-in retail store located in the Cape Town Foreshore. Directions and store location details can be found via the "Find Us" link in our website menu.

4. Ordering Process

To complete a purchase on RetrOzone.co.za, please follow these steps:

  1. Register an account on RetrOzone Online.

  2. Browse products and add desired items to your shopping cart.

  3. Click "Show Cart" to review your selection, or continue shopping.

  4. Select your preferred delivery method.

  5. Choose your preferred payment method.

  6. Click "Confirm Order" to finalize checkout and proceed with payment (where applicable).

6. Trade-Ins & Buy-Back Policy

RetrOzone accepts trade-ins for video games, consoles, and accessories, subject to item evaluation, condition, and agreed valuation.

  • Trade-In Submission: All trade requests must be submitted directly to our buying team via email at trades@RetrOzone.com.

  • Required Information: Submissions must include:

    1. Specific details and condition of each item.

    2. Your expected asking/trade price per item (required to initiate evaluation).

  • Assessment Protocol: All trade-ins must be discussed and pre-agreed upon with our online buying team prior to bringing physical items to our Cape Town store for final inspection.

  • Response Times: Trade-in inquiries are typically processed on the same day, but may take up to 72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
